Rain, rain, rain!
One again, a tent has failed me. Huge thunderstorm last night brought out my field research PTSD, with good reason apparently. Drops of rain came crashing down on our sleeping heads. REI: I am not amused. Scientists: where’s my superhydrophobic rainfly?

My friend Terri and I are hiking the Appalachian Trail for a few days! We are spending the weekend at Skykand resort, starting in the north of Shenandoah National Park, and finishing in Harper’s Ferry, WV by Memorial day. Hopefully I will have service along the way and can post daily pics and coordinates!
